Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchase on CYBERARIT. By using this Platform and completing a purchase, you agree to all terms outlined below.

By accessing and using CYBERARIT ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform. CYBERARIT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Digital Product Purchases — No Refund Policy

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASES ON CYBERARIT ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a purchase is complete and the download link has been sent, the transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: • Technical issues encountered after purchase • Change of mind or buyer's remorse • Accidental purchases • Duplicate purchases • Dissatisfaction with the digital product • Compatibility issues with your software or devices • Failure to download within the provided timeframe By clicking "Pay with Stripe" and completing your purchase, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the product listing, understand what you are purchasing, and accept that no refund will be issued. CYBERARIT is not responsible for any losses incurred due to user error.

Payment Processing

All payments on CYBERARIT are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. When you make a purchase: • Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers • CYBERARIT does not store your credit card details • All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols • You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment • Prices are displayed and charged in USD By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

Intellectual Property Rights

When you purchase a digital product on CYBERARIT, you acquire a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital artwork for personal purposes. This does not constitute a transfer of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork. The original creator retains all intellectual property rights. You MAY: • Use the artwork for personal desktop/mobile wallpapers • Print the artwork for personal, non-commercial display • Use the artwork as reference material for personal projects You MAY NOT: • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork • Use the artwork for commercial purposes without separate licensing • Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork • Remove or alter any watermarks or attribution • Use the artwork in products for sale

Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment processing via Stripe, the purchased digital files will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of confirmed payment. CYBERARIT is not responsible for delivery failures caused by: • Incorrect email addresses provided by the buyer • Email being filtered to spam/junk folders • Email server issues on the recipient's end If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of confirmed payment, please check your spam folder first, then contact our support team with your order confirmation from Stripe. Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you download your files within this timeframe.

User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when making purchases • Keep your email address current to receive download links • Not share purchased digital files with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account CYBERARIT will never ask for your payment card details via email. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from: • Using the Platform for any illegal activities • Attempting to circumvent payment systems • Using automated systems to access or scrape the Platform • Redistributing or reselling purchased digital products • Creating derivative works for commercial sale • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or artists • Submitting false or misleading information • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYBERARIT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform • Any digital products obtained from the Platform • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content • Software or hardware incompatibility with purchased products Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Privacy Policy

CYBERARIT collects and processes personal data including email addresses, transaction records, and basic usage data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal data is used solely to: • Process and fulfill your orders • Deliver purchased digital products • Communicate order confirmations and important service updates • Improve our services and user experience We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Before initiating any dispute resolution, you agree to first contact CYBERARIT support to attempt to resolve any issues informally. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • +The email address provided at checkout is correct and accessible
